“The only thing that makes battle psychologically tolerable is the brotherhood among soldiers. You need each other to get by.” -Sebastian Junger

As a spouse of a military first responder, I have first hand knowledge of the toll the job takes on the family and marriages.

So much of what military members and first responders are called to do takes them away from their families, not only physically, but mentally as well.

I am here to help repair and restore relationships with your loved ones that have been impacted. I have lived the life of having a loved one with frequent nights on the job, long days or weeks or even months away from home, the constant relocation for military families and the general stressors of not having control over much of the decisions that happen day in and day out on the job and how that has significant impact on the way we interact with others in our lives.

In my office you will find a comfortable and understanding place to share the hardest parts of your stories; judgement free.

If the military or first responder work has had an impact on your life, please call me for a free consultation.
